For the exercise of your ARCO Rights and / or the revocation of your consent for the processing of your personal data by any of our referred companies, we would appreciate an application (“ARCO Rights Request”) sent to the email:, accompanied by the following information:

Note: If the holder does not submit the request, the document proving the existence of the representation, that is, a public instrument or a power of attorney signed by two witnesses, together with the identification of the holder and the representative (IFE credential, valid passport, professional card or immigration document).

Note: In the case of minors, the documents to accredit the legal representation of this, will be: birth certificate and credential with photograph of the minor (granted by the academic institution where you go), IMSS credential, valid passport, or any other that has a photograph of the same, in addition to submitting the documents for their respective collation, the signature of the document that will be attached to the application as “accreditation of legal representation” in which, under protest of truth, manifests itself be responsible for the child; in the case of interdicts, the documents to accredit the legal representation will be: an interdict and credential with a photograph of the person who holds this legal situation, either, IFE credential, current passport, professional certificate or immigration document.

  • A clear and precise description of the personal data in respect of which you seek to exercise any of the ARCO Rights, which is the right to exercise and the reasons why you want to exercise it;
  • Any document or information that proves that your personal data is owned by any of our companies referred to;


In case of requesting a rectification of data, please also indicate the modifications to be made, providing the documentation that supports your request.


Any of the above companies will respond to your “Request” by email or personally at Av. Vasco de Quiroga 3900, Torre A 10-B, Colonia Lomas de Santa Fe, Cuajimalpa de Morelos, C.P. 05300, Mexico City, within a period of 20 (twenty) working days after receiving an acknowledgment of receipt of your “Request”. In case the “Request” is appropriate, the response may be sent via email or in person. Any of the aforementioned companies may request, in order to give you an answer, to submit for collation at the abovementioned address, original of the documents sent together with your “Request”, within 5 (five) business days to be required. If after said term, these documents are not presented, the “Request” will be concluded.


When the “Request” is appropriate and the corresponding correspondences with respect to the personality and ownership of the ARCO Rights have been carried out the terms to give answer will be the following:


For the access of the data or its rectification: within a period of 15 working days from the affirmative answer by any of the indicated means;


For the cancellation or opposition of the data: a blocking will be done first, from the moment in which the required documentation was collated, where access to personal data will be restricted to everyone until there is a response to the request, either affirmative or negative, in the first case within a period of 15 business days from the affirmative answer made by any of the companies and in the second case, will be unlocked to continue with the treatment.


The periods referred to in the preceding paragraphs may be extended once only for an equal period if necessary and after prior notification by any of the above companies.


We can deny the exercise of ARCO Rights, in the following cases:


  • When the applicant is not the holder of the personal data, or can not prove the representation of the holder;
  • When your personal data does not operate in the database any of our companies;
  • When the rights of a third party are violated;
  • When there is a legal impediment or resolution of competent authority, that restricts its ARCO Rights;


In case of cancellation, when the personal data are subject of treatment for the prevention or for the medical diagnosis or the management of health services and; when the rectification, cancellation or opposition has been previously made, the denial may be partial, in which case the access, rectification, cancellation or opposition in the party proceeding.


The exercise of the “ARCO Rights” will be free of charge, but in case of less than twelve months, two or more applications are submitted, the costs will be three days of the General Minimum Wage in force in Mexico City, unless there are substantial modifications to the Notice of Privacy that motivate new Applications for Exercise of ARCO Rights. The applicant must cover the justified costs of shipping or the cost of reproduction in copies or other formats.




You can revoke consent for the processing of your personal data. However, it is important to bear in mind that in all cases we will not be able to attend to your request or conclude the use immediately, as it is possible that for some legal obligation we require to continue processing your personal data. In addition, you must consider that for certain purposes, revocation of your consent will mean that we can not continue to provide the service you requested, or the termination of your relationship with us.
